I called this Taco Bell and the manager was the sweetest person ever and along with the other workers. The food was so good I nearly had to order another meal because of the immaculate taste. I am now living down here just because of this food chain. Please rate this Taco Bell a 5 star, they deserve it.

I order Doordash from this location quite often because this and burger king are the only restaurants open late at night when I get off of work.
I work in fast food, so I give a lot of benefit of the doubt when I can. But this location CONSISTENTLY messes up my orders. I order all different days of the weeks, but always around 1-5am. I cannot understand how different days and presumably different workers ALL get my order incorrect in the same exact ways.
I always pay the upcharge to get a supreme taco with my combos. I always get a normal taco, none of the addons I paid an upcharge for. I consistently do not get sides I order (i.e. cinnamon twists, chips and dip, fiesta potatos) and I also get underfilled drinks frequently. You can check my reviews on doordash under the name Vincent.
If you are out of something, the Doordash tablets you have in your store allow you to mark it as out of stock so the customer gets a refund for that item. You literally just click on their name and press "help" when viewing the order screen, then click edit order. It's not very hard nor time consuming. You also have the option to chat to customer to let them know and ask if they'd like a substitute. And as for the drinks, if you have an automatic ABS they have a manual button that you can use to top off the drink.
I really truly do not understand why this is such an issue for this location. Do better.

I ordered a seven dollar box ordered extra onions on each of the items pretty basic order put my card in to pay for it. She told me my total is $15.98 cause she charged me for all the extra things that were in the box would I just wanted extra onions on them pulled my card out of the machine they still charge me $8.09. I had to call Capital one and dispute because they still wouldn't give me any food. The manager was rude and condescending. I don't think anybody should go to this location ever.

I ordered uber eats waited 1 hour they didn't even accept the order .
I call them asked "are you guys working?" They just hung ip on me .
Please can this people get fired ? Its only place that open and they leave people hanging hungry .
I will call this place tomorrow to place the report ,this lazy people just sleeping there at night and leaving people hungry .

I placed an order online, when I arrived they had cancelled my order without telling me and told me to resolve it through the app. I went inside to try to ask for any more information, but there was 5 or so people ahead of me, none of which were talked to in over 10 minutes before I gave up and left. It might be the most insane thing I have ever seen at a restaurant in my life. It was not busy, there was a few cars in the drive through and at least 4 people working, but no help for any customer, let alone my own weird situation.
