For as expensive as Cheesy Gordita crunches are, I expect that they’re atleast made correctly.. barely any cheese inbetween the layers - and despite waiting 5-7 minutes at the window waiting for food.. it still came out cold/lukewarm.

I wish I could give it zero stars. Worst Taco Bell location I’ve ever been. I’ve attempted to come to this location a few times and each time the drive thru isn’t open and I just leave. Tonight I tried to go inside and there was no other customers but me and three employees. All three of them were standing there doing nothing and did not say a word to me. I stood there for about 15 minutes and at one point one of them just looked at me. This place should be shut down.

Ordered delivery for pick up and noticed one of my items was missing no biggie it happens it was one of my those two piece cinnamon desserts. The drive thru window girl was very sweet and sympathetic said shed get it right out. A different woman comes over, I assume its the manager cause her outfits different, and asks for the bag back which I thought was weird to begin with but ok, pulls out the one order I had and im like yea cool I ordered 2 and I only have 1. She said no you ordered one it comes with two. I said I have the order on my phone I can just show you, she didnt want to and said she was going to grab the iPad and show me the order from their end. Im just sitting there for like 5 minutes until a 3rd employee comes out and just hands me my missing item. I usually wouldn't care enough to write this but we got like 40$ worth of food that was cold when we got home because some weird taco bell employee was too proud to just remake a 3$ dessert. I feel sorry for anyone that has to work with her.

These guys have a HARD time taking directions its almost shocking. I live down the street from this establishment and I can count on one hand how many times ive had my order made correct. Im not sure if its the operators or the drive through interface but these guys cannot follow simple order instructions, if you go here expect your order to be made incorrect.

I am extremely disappointed with this KFC location. Every single time I order from here, my order is wrong. I specifically ask for drumsticks, and instead of simply telling me they are unavailable, they just give me wings without saying anything. This has happened multiple times.
It feels dishonest and careless. If you don’t have what I ordered, communicate that clearly. Do not substitute items without asking. I am paying for specific food, and I expect to receive exactly what I ordered.
On top of that, the staff taking orders act like they do not care. There is no sense of urgency, no apology, and no effort to fix the mistake. It feels like customers’ time and money mean nothing here.
This has been a repeated issue, not a one-time mistake. It is frustrating to continuously waste time and money on incorrect orders. I will not be returning unless serious improvements are made in accuracy and customer service.
