Not impressed, waited 5 minutes up front for my to go order. Then my order was awful. 1 burger not made as ordered. 2nd burger looked like it had been eaten. Fries were still white they were so under cooked. Will not order again!

Update: I tried their ribs and cocktails, which were much better than their steaks. The ribs do, in fact, fall off the bone, and the Lemonade was great. The fries were well seasoned. I am upgrading my previous 3 star to 4. Originally it was three due to the steak being completely unseasoned, I am unsure if that's what the steak is supposed to taste like but I will totally avoid the steak unless they show me that they season thete steaks.

Just went in at 2pm after the lunch rush. Was sat down but we were not greeted or approached by service staff. Watched 2 ladies come in 10 minutes after us get serviced and drinks. The host was unhelpful and awkward, told us the manager "Bailey" was there. Saw a table of servers sit in a booth not too far from us socializing. Decided to leave since this place chose to ignore us completely. Very disappointed because we love our Applebee's in Bangor and Thomaston. Just wanted to try this one in South Portland. Now, I know why the ratings are so low for this location.

I went there two nights in a row at happy hour. The bartenders provide decent service, the drinks were good. I ordered the wanton chicken tacos which I did not like, they were greasy and sauce did not have a good smell. Most of my experience with food here has been great so will rate it 5 stars because they try their best and are open late night.

We came to this location with a party of 6. We waited about 5ish minutes to be seated. After 25 minutes the waitress finally took our order. A table of 3 was taken ahead of us, another table of 3 taken after us as well as a table of 2. We were there for an hour and all of these other tables had their drinks and food and we never even got our drinks. I understand that usually a larger party means a longer wait time, but an hour for drinks is ridiculous. We finally got up to leave and someone in our party noticed the waitress at the bar just chit chatting with the bartender with our drinks just sitting next to her.
